The data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller the erasure of personal data concerning them without undue delay, and the Data Controller has the obligation to erase such data without undue delay where the conditions laid down in current legislation are met. The Data Controller shall inform each recipient to whom the personal data has been disclosed of any rectification or erasure or restriction of processing carried out, within the limits and forms provided by law.
